Delegate Householder moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

            Senate Bill No. 727-  “A BILL to amend and reenact §22-15-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Gas Field Highway Repair and Horizontal Drilling Waste Study Fund for highway road repair; providing that money from the fund is to be expended within the district where gas field and horizontal drilling waste is deposited; increasing the horizontal drilling waste assessment fee; and updating grammatical style throughout the section.”
